Hunter Tylo was born in Texas to Jo Anne and Morris Jabez Hunter. She was one of the four siblings and was very naughty as a child. She has an older brother named Jay and an elder sister named Elizabeth. She also has a younger brother named Cliff. She was one of the best fashion models in the seventies and the eighties. She became pregnant at a very young age during her first marriage with Tom Moreheart. Her first son Christopher was born around 1980. In 1987 she married her current husband Michael Tylo with whom she has three children named Michael Mickey Tylo Jr., Izabella Gabrielle Tylo and Katya Ariel Tylo. In 1998 she was chosen as one of the fifty most beautiful persons by the People’s Magazine.
Tylo made her debut on television in the series All My Children in 1985. Later she got the role of Dr. Taylor Hayes on The Bold And The Beautiful. Her other television credits include Hammerhead: Shark Frenzy, They Are Among Us, A Place Called Home, Burke’s Law, Zorro and Days of our Lives etc. She has also worked in the flicks Down And Derby, Final Cut, Longshot and The Initiation. In The Bold And The Beautiful she plays the role of Dr. Taylor Hayes. Initially, she provides emotional support to Ridge whenever he has breakup with Brooke. However, later she marries him and bears his children. However, Ridge continues to be in an on off relation with Brooke and so Taylor divorces her. Later she marries Nick Marone, the biological half brother of Ridge. But she divorces Nick after he tells her about his feelings towards Brooke. She is currently engaged to Rick Forrester the son of Eric and Brooke.
